A friend of mine has one on his track bike. he seemed to like it. I didnt really understand the concept when I first saw it (he couldnt explain it very well) until I read about them here. Nice write up, by the way!

I just have a D40, but it works fine for me, i duno if you've seen my albums. But The guy just sent me an email back sayignt hat he's not sure if there will be enough passes avalible and most are reserved for like RIDEbmx and Vital bmx, but he said my names on the list for nowSmile ahha, so yea i'm probably going to buy the bd400 with a sync cord, can u help me find a sync cord the will work with my d40 and the sb400?

ok man thank you for all the help, I might be shooting a bmx contest in march so i need all of this stuff, so a sb400 with a sync cord would work fine? becaus ive heard about doing that and everyone bmx contest i go to there using them, like holding the flash in one hand and the camera in the other, does the sb400 give off enough light to do that??

Those pictures are sick, especially the wine glass one. I can't really give you any professional feedback though because I am anything but professional. I just borrowed my Dad's companys camera for this week and have been taking some pics of my friends!
